Room list dates and order use the date the newest message shows: an imported post keeps its original date instead of the migration day. An empty imported note uses its original creation date.
A thread reply that is the newest message still moves the room up, but its preview now starts with 返信, since opening the room does not show it in the main timeline.
Titled posts lose the line down their left that made them look like quotes. The bold title still sets them apart.

latest() now returns just the message; the room list picks the date.

Tested: tsc, oxlint, and the integration tests on Synapse latest (36 passed, 3 skipped). rooms.test.ts gained a check that an imported comment is listed under its original date. I did not run the browser E2E; it does not touch the list previews or the post styling.

The room list dated and ordered rooms by the newest message's event time,
so a room of posts imported from the old koto showed the day of the
migration. It now uses the date the message shows: an imported post's
original one, and an imported note's creation date while it is empty.

A thread reply still counts as the newest message, but it is hidden in its
thread when the room opens, so its preview now starts with 返信.

Titled posts lose the line down their left, which made them look like
quotes; the bold title sets them apart.
